By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and require full payment at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods, such as AfterPay, as specified on our website.

Due to the limited capacity of each class, all bookings are non-refundable. By securing your place, you acknowledge that your seat is reserved exclusively for you.

A one-time reschedule is permitted if requested at least 48 hours prior to your class start time.

Rescheduled bookings must be used within 3 months of the original class date. Once a booking has been rescheduled, no further changes are permitted.

Requests made within 48 hours of the class, or failure to attend, will result in the booking being forfeited.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

Cancellations by Blush & Sip Co.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class, clients will be offered the option to transfer to a new date or receive a full refund.

 

Minimum numbers

Blush & Sip Co requires a minimum of 4 participants to proceed with makeup classes. In the event that Blush & Sip Co must cancel due to minimum numbers not being reached, any customers booked will be rescheduled. Customers are not eligible for a refund. 

Event Participation

Participants must be 16 years or older to attend our events. Blush & Sip Co reserves the right to refuse service or admission to anyone displaying inappropriate or disruptive behaviour. Blush & Sip Co reserves the right to refuse service or admission to anyone who has an active or recently active cold sore due to high risk of cross contamination. Participants must advise Blush & Sip Co of any viruses. 

Participants are responsible for their own conduct during the event and must follow the instructions of the facilitator.

 

Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority. Blush & Sip Co follows all relevant health and safety guidelines. Participants should notify us in advance of any allergies or medical conditions that may affect their participation.

 

General Acknowledgement of Risk

I understand that participation in a makeup class involves use of cosmetic products, tools and equipment. I acknowledge that Blush & Sip Co is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from product use. I agree to inform the instructor of any known allergies before the class.

Liability

Blush & Sip Co is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during our events. By participating, you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the event.

By booking a class, you agree to release, waive and hold harmless Blush & Sip Co, its, owner, employees, affiliates and the venue to any claims, damages or injuries that may arise from my participation, including but not limited to:

  1. Personal injury, slips, falls or accidents within the premises,
  2. Allergic reactions or irritation caused by makeup products or tools,
  3. Property loss or damage to personal belongings.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and course materials, is the property of Blush & Sip Co. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

 

Privacy and Data Usage

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your information may be used for marketing purposes, such as sending you updates, promotions, and offers. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

 

Marketing Communications

By providing your contact details, you consent to receive marketing communications from Blush & Sip Co. We may send you emails or messages about upcoming events, special offers, and other information. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions in the message or contacting us directly.

 

Changes to Terms

Blush & Sip Co reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

 

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia. 

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

 

BYO Policy

At Blush and Sip Co, we want to create a fun and educational environment where you can enjoy learning makeup skills while sipping on your favourite drinks. To make sure everyone has a great time, please read and follow our BYO guidelines:

Responsible Drinking: We encourage responsible consumption of alcohol. Please be mindful of your intake so that everyone can have a fun and safe experience. Excessive drinking is not permitted, and we reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.

Non-Alcoholic Options: We also encourage you to bring non-alcoholic beverages if you prefer or as an option to pace yourself throughout the session.

Age Restrictions: Attendees must be 18 years or older to participate. If you are under 18, you may attend without consuming alcohol and with the permission of a guardian.

Safe Transport: If you plan to drink, please arrange a safe mode of transport to get home. We recommend using public transport, rideshare services, or designating a sober driver.

By booking a class, you acknowledge that:
  1. Blush & Sip Co does not provide, serve or sell alcohol,
  2. I am solely responsible for my alcohol consumption and
  3. I release Blush & Sip co, its owner, employees and venue from any liability related to alcohol consumption, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage or legal consequences.

 

Photography & Marketing Release

I acknowledge that during the class, photos and videos may be taken. I consent to Blush & Sip Co to using these in marketing and promotional purposes.
